Important Order Instructions

In addition to your PayPal order, please make sure to complete the following Google form:

Manila PTA Order Information (needed information we cannot collect via PayPal)

You will also be able to access the Google form after placing your order by clicking on the "Return to Merchant" button on the PayPal order confirmation page.

Also, to help cover the PayPal transaction fees, a 2.9% "convenience tax" will be added to all online orders.

Mustang Pass $60

The Mustang Pass allows your immediate family to enjoy all PTA activities (Mustang Games, Classic Skate Nights, Family Movie Night, Family Fun Nights, drawings for prizes, etc.) for the whole school year with a one time payment. Your Mustang Pass comes with a PTA Membership included.
