Participants in this sweepstakes (defined below) must register and maintain an account with the organizer and accept the Terms of Service (“Terms”), which include and apply to these Sweepstakes Rules. These Sweepstakes Rules govern and control the sweepstakes offered by the organizer and are considered part of the Terms. Please note that these Rules include Section [17] of the Terms, which includes mandatory binding arbitration and class action exemption clauses. Any capitalized terms not expressly defined in these Sweepstakes Rules shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
APPLE®, FACEBOOK®, or GOOGLE® are not sponsors or providers of Mania Jcakpot tournaments, contests, raffles, or prizes. All tournaments, contests, raffles, and prizes are provided by Mania Jcakpot .
1. Sponsors/Promoters
Mania Jcakpot is an online platform offering participants gaming and entertainment opportunities. Mania Jcakpot also gives away raffle tickets, called "raffle coins," the details of which are provided in this raffle rules. Raffle coins can be used to participate in promotional games to win more raffle coins, which can be redeemed for real prizes. JDUYHC LLC . is the sponsor/promoter of this raffle, located at 501 S CHERRY ST SUITE 1113, DENVER, CO 80246. The payment management agent is not a sponsor of this raffle and is not responsible for organizing or participating in it in any way.
2. Qualifications
The Sponsored Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to lawful residents of the United States (excluding California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Washington, and Canada (excluding Ontario and Quebec), unless otherwise provided by law), and participants must be 18 years of age or older, or of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence, at the time of entry. It is invalid in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.
The following persons are ineligible to participate in or win prizes: officials, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and marketing agencies, or any other party involved in the management of the draw (the sponsors, collectively referred to as the “draw parties”), as well as the immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and step-siblings) of the aforementioned excluded persons and all persons living with them.
By participating in this lottery, the participant (“Participant”) agrees to abide by these lottery rules (“Lottery Rules”) and the organizer’s decision, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this lottery. Winning a prize is contingent upon meeting all requirements set forth in these Lottery Rules. If the organizer/promoter determines that a participant has engaged in unethical conduct, the organizer/promoter reserves the right to restrict or disqualify that participant from participating in this lottery.
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Participants are solely responsible for determining whether this giveaway is legal and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in their place of residence.
3. Overview
Sponsors will provide raffle tickets, referred to as "raffle coins," for details in these raffle rules. Raffle coins can be used to participate in the raffle game and have the opportunity to accumulate eligible raffle coins, which can be redeemed for cash and prizes ("prizes") in accordance with the terms of these raffle rules.
4. Period for participating in the lucky draw
The draw, as specified in these rules, will begin at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on the first day of the month and end at 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on the last day of the month. The organizer's computer will be the official timekeeping device for this draw.
5. Winning probability
The odds of winning virtual currency vary for each game, and the sponsors will publish these odds, which all participants can see on the platform.
The sponsor reserves the right to change the winning rates and payout rates for any game at any time. Participants can obtain the latest details and any modified details for any game when entering their game amount. Participants are responsible for checking the available prizes before each game.
6. How to collect sweep coins
To participate in this event, you must have a valid account with JDUYHC LLC. (“User Account”).
Eligible participants can earn Sweets Coins in the following ways:
Purchase Gold Coins and receive free Sweps Coins: You have a chance to receive bonus Sweps Coins when purchasing designated Gold Coin bundles. Gold Coins can be used for free games on the platform. Gold Coins cannot be exchanged for prizes. The number of Sweps Coins you will receive with each Gold Coin purchase will be displayed on the platform. All Gold Coin purchases are final transactions and are non-refundable.

The number of Sweps Coins given away will be stated in the corresponding giveaway post and will be credited to each winner's account after the event ends. One entry may be sent per outer envelope (1) for mailing entries.
The postal code request code is a unique 12-digit code that participants can obtain by following these steps. The postal code request code is unique, can only be used once, and expires 30 days after its display. The purpose of the postal code request code is to facilitate efficient processing of participants' request cards. The postal code request code can only be used by the participant whose account generated the request code belongs to. If the sponsor/promoter suspects that any participant has directly or indirectly provided their postal code request code to another person, the sponsor/promoter has the right to disqualify that participant from the competition and terminate their eligibility for the prize draw at their sole discretion.
Follow these steps to obtain the postal request code:
a. Log in to your customer account;
b. Click the "Postal Code Inquiry" link in the lobby;
c. Click the "Postal Code Inquiry" button and then follow the prompts.
The postal application code will then be displayed for a period of time so that participants can record it on their application card.
Company address and all relevant information must be handwritten on a 4x6 index card. Participants must ensure their handwriting is legible. If a participant's handwriting is illegible, their entry will be invalid, and raffle coins will not be credited to their user account. The legibility of the participant's handwriting is determined solely by the sponsor/promoter.
Each participant will receive two (2) lottery coins for each mailed application. Upon verification and compliance with these lottery rules, the lottery coins will be added to the participant's user account.
Sponsors/promoters are not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, incomprehensible, or misplaced Sweps Coins requests or allocations.
If a participant's user account is closed for any reason (including at the sponsor's discretion), their earned Sweeps Coins may be forfeited.
Sweeps Coins are valid for ninety (90) days from the date the participant last logged into their client account, after which they will automatically expire.
7. Play games using Sweeps Coins
Entrants must be the authorized account holder of the email address associated with their entry. An "authorized account holder" is a natural person assigned that email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., a business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning the email address to the domain name associated with the submitted email address.
Participants with lottery coins can use them to play lottery games on the platform for a chance to win more lottery coins. Lottery coins accumulated through gameplay can be exchanged for cash and prizes with monetary value according to these rules.
Only games played using Sweeps Coins offer the opportunity to win extra Sweeps Coins, which can be redeemed for cash and prizes according to these rules.
Participants can redeem prizes using lottery coins earned through the game (rather than those collected through the methods described in Section 6 above), subject to the maximum and minimum prize redemption amounts stipulated in these lottery rules. Lottery coins have no actual monetary value and can only be used to request prize redemption from the organizer, subject to the organizer's approval and processing. Organizer approval is contingent upon participants completing all verifications to confirm their eligibility and compliance with all lottery rules and platform terms of service.
Each Sweets Coin won through the game (not collected through the methods described in Section 6 of these Sweets Rules) can be redeemed for a prize worth $1.
The use of automated or systematic methods to win and/or redeem raffle tokens for cash and prizes is strictly prohibited. The use of multiple accounts and identities, as well as other forms of collusion and cheating, is not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of raffle tokens. The final decision rests with the sponsor.
The sponsor's decisions regarding the management and operation of the lottery, the rules of the game, and the amount of the prize money are final and binding.
Lottery coins obtained under any of the methods described in [Article 6] cannot be used immediately to redeem prizes. They must be used at least once in any lottery coin game to be considered eligible for prize redemption. Sponsors may, at their sole discretion, require that any lottery coins allocated to participants under any of the methods described in [Article 6] must be used more than once (not exceeding 20 times) in any combination of lottery coin games before they can be redeemed for prizes.
8. Verify and confirm potential winners
Potential winners of the sweepstakes are subject to verification by the organizer/promoter (in any manner of their choice), and the organizer's decisions regarding all matters relating to the sweepstakes are final and binding. Even if a participant is shown as a winner on the online screen, the participant is not a winner of any prize unless and only after the participant's eligibility and potential winning status have been verified, the participant has fully complied with these sweepstakes rules, and the participant has received notification of verification completion. The organizer/promoter does not accept screenshots or other so-called evidence. Winning is a substitute for the verification process.
Participants may need to successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process provided by the sponsor to verify their eligibility before they can redeem any prizes. This may include, but is not limited to, providing valid government-issued photo identification, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address, and Social Security number verification.
Potential winners must comply with these draw rules, and winning is contingent upon meeting all requirements. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to properly sign and return any required eligibility statements/affidavits and liability/promotional disclaimers within the stipulated time, or fails to comply with these draw rules, or if the prize or winning notification is returned due to undeliverable delivery, the potential winner will be disqualified.
9. Prizes and Prize Redemption
The right to receive an award is non-transferable and non-assignable.
Prizes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, the organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or higher retail value at its sole discretion. No cash or other prizes may be substituted except at the organizer's sole discretion. We reserve the right to offer a refund instead of prize redemption at our sole discretion.
Sponsors reserve the right to collect prize redemption fees and/or pay processing fees.
Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, or other taxes related to the receipt and use of the prize. Each winner agrees and acknowledges that the sponsor may be required to withhold and pay a portion of the prize value in accordance with applicable tax laws. Each winner also agrees to provide the sponsor with a valid Social Security number or any other information that the sponsor may request related to applicable tax reporting or withholding requirements or other laws and regulations.
Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the collection and use of the prize shall be borne by the winner.
If participants choose to redeem their prizes for cash, the cash will be paid in US dollars to the bank account or e-wallet you used when purchasing the coins; if this is not technically possible, the payment will be made to your designated backup bank account. Sponsors/promoters reserve the right to require the use of the same payment method as when purchasing the coins for prize redemption, or to decide on other payment methods at their discretion.
Sponsors/promoters will only process prize redemptions if the prize redemption value is $100 or more (i.e., at least 100 valid raffle tokens). Therefore, participants' customer accounts must have at least 100 raffle tokens in balance to apply for prize redemption.
Canadian players who wish to redeem their prizes must correctly answer a math skills test question within a specified time, without the aid of any machines or other assistive devices. The test question will be sent to your customer account or via email.
You acknowledge and agree that in some cases, it may take up to [30 days] to process your redeemed bonus. Bonus redemption may be delayed due to our identity verification process. Bonuses of [$500] or more may take longer to process than usual due to security and anti-fraud checks, and bonuses may be paid out in equal installments. We will make every effort to process your application within the stipulated time, but we do not guarantee the processing time of your bonus.
Each customer account can only process one prize redemption request per day.
Sponsors/promoters reserve the right to limit the total amount of raffle tokens redeemable by participants per day to $10,000. The number of prizes will not exceed this limit.
You acknowledge and agree that we may, at our sole discretion, from time to time appoint one or more payment management agents to receive payments from players on our behalf. The payment management agent shall have the same rights, powers, and privileges as we do under these Terms and these Lottery Rules, and shall be authorized to exercise or enforce such rights, powers, and privileges on our behalf or in its own name. In no event shall we be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the negligence and/or actions beyond the scope of our authorization by the payment management agent.
If we mistakenly deposit Sweps Coins that do not belong to you into your customer account due to technical malfunction, human error, or other reasons, that amount will remain with the sponsor and will be deducted from your customer account. If you receive a prize that is not yours, the value of the mistakenly issued prize (without prejudice to other remedies and actions permitted by law) will constitute a debt you owe us. You are obligated to notify customer support at support@maniajackpot.com if an erroneous deposit occurs . The sponsor always reserves the right to deduct Sweps Coins from your user account or otherwise charge or adjust your account to correct the error.
It is your responsibility to retain copies of the transaction records and these lottery rules, which are updated from time to time.
10. Controversy
Section 17 (Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement) is incorporated herein by reference in accordance with applicable law and has the same effect as if it were listed in its entirety herein. By agreeing to these Sweepstakes Rules, you agree to be bound by Section 17.
11. Eligibility Criteria and Publication
By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by the following terms:
Terms of Service, including but not limited to any ethical provisions set forth therein; these Sweepstakes Rules; and the sponsor’s binding and final decision.
You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter and its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, prize suppliers, and any other organization responsible for sponsoring, performing, managing, promoting or advertising the sweepstakes, as well as all current and former officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing parties (collectively, the “Exempted Parties”) from and against any and all claims, costs and liabilities, including but not limited to negligence and any damage of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under the legal theories of trespassing, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, creating a false halo in the public eye or other legal theories), defamation, libel, libel, infringement of image rights, infringement of trademark rights, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage or death or personal injury arising out of or in connection with a participant’s entry, creation or submission of entries, participation in the sweepstakes, acceptance or use of the sweepstakes entries, misuse of prizes (including any related travel or events) and/or broadcasting, and exploitation or exploitation of entries.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable local laws, the disclaimer (as defined above) shall not be liable for: any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, typographical errors, or any equipment or procedures related to or used in connection with the draw; any type of technical malfunction, including but not limited to failure, interruption, or disconnection of telephone lines or network hardware or software; unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or any part of the draw; technical or human errors that may occur in the management or operation of the draw; or any personal injury or property damage, wholly or partially, directly or indirectly, caused by a participant's participation in the draw or by receiving, using, or misusing any prize.
If, for any reason, a participant's Sweps Coins or winning game are confirmed to have been mistakenly deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or damaged, the participant's sole remedy is for the sponsor/promoter to replace them with Sweps Coins of equivalent value.
Under no circumstances shall the participant be entitled to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages (including attorneys' fees), and the participant hereby waives all rights to claim such damages, except for the participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs incurred in participating in this sweepstakes). The participant further waives all rights to increase or raise the amount of damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above terms may not apply to you.
All matters relating to the creation, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Rules, and the rights and obligations of participants and sponsors/promoters in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether in Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that may result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction outside of Delaware.
13. Publicity
Except as prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants the sponsor and its representatives an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable right and license to use, distribute, and publicly display the winner's name, any post content, and information related to the prize in any way, at any time, and in any media (including but not limited to advertising and marketing), without any additional approval or consideration. The winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes and warrants that it has the right to grant the aforementioned license.
14. Damages and Disqualification
The organizer reserves the right to pursue damages against anyone who maliciously disrupts the legitimate operation of this prize draw, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you violate these prize draw rules or our terms of use, you may be disqualified from the contest.
The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the draw, violates these draw rules, or acts in a disorderly manner. Any attempt to intentionally disrupt the legitimate operation of the draw may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law, and the organizer reserves the right to pursue damages against such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The organizer's failure to enforce any provision of these draw rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision. In all other circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the draw. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension, and/or modification will be posted on the platform.
15. General Terms
The Sponsor reserves the right to immediately cancel, suspend, and/or modify the draw or these Draw Rules, or any part thereof, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and may only take such measures at its sole discretion in the event of any fraud, technical malfunction, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the fairness or proper functioning of the draw and is unavoidable.
Any notices regarding cancellation, suspension, and/or modifications will be posted on the website by the organizer. If the sweepstakes is modified, participants' continued registration and/or participation in the sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Any participant who posts or is found to have posted comments that are considered bullying, malicious, or disturbing to other participants or users of the platform, or comments directly targeting the organizers, on social media pages or anywhere else during the sweepstakes event, will have their comments deleted and be disqualified from the contest. The organizers reserve the right to warn the operators of any social media websites regarding such behavior.
16. Governing Law
All matters relating to the creation, validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Rules, the rights and obligations of participants and winners, and the rights and obligations of the organizer in connection with this draw, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules. If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deleted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Privacy
Any personally identifiable information collected from participants during the sweepstakes event will be collected and used by the organizer and its designated personnel for the management and completion of the sweepstakes event, as well as for other purposes described in these sweepstakes rules and the organizer's privacy policy (https://sites.google.com/view/maniajackpotpr ivacy ) .
