These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Manga, Comic Maker・Manhwa mobile application (“App”), operated by AppXValley (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Service Description

Manga, Comic Maker・Manhwa is an AI-powered creative application that allows users to:

• Upload images and visual content

• Generate original manga, manhua, manhwa, seinen, and comic-style images

• Download AI-generated content for personal use

The App provides creative tools only and does not guarantee artistic, commercial, or professional outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Content

3.1 Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to the App (“User Content”).

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have legal rights to use it

• The content does not infringe third-party rights

• The content does not contain illegal, explicit, or harmful material

3.2 Generated Content

AI-generated content is created based on user input.
You may download and use generated content for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uniqueness or exclusivity of generated content.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and renewable credit packages.

Subscription Plans

• Weekly Plan

• Annual Plan

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Credit Packages

The App offers renewable credit bundles used for AI generation:

• 100 Credits

• 240 Credits

• 1000 Credits

Credits are renewable through additional purchases and are tied to the user’s account.

Payment & Cancellation

• Payments are charged to the user’s Apple ID at purchase confirmation

• Subscriptions and credits are managed exclusively through the Apple App Store

• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via Apple ID settings

• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not affect the current billing period or unused credits

Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content

• Use the App for harassment, abuse, or exploitation

• Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the App or AI systems

• Use generated content for unlawful or misleading purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, AI models, branding, and trademarks, belong exclusively to AppXValley.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific creative results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppXValley shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or content

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Misuse of AI-generated content

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
