The mission of the Manhattan Heights Neighborhood Association is to:
Preserve and maintain the residential nature of the Neighborhood.
Preserve the historic characteristics of the Neighborhood.
Preserve and maintain Memorial Park.
Promote the diversity of the Neighborhood.
Intercede on behalf of the Neighborhood on issues affecting the community by all civic avenues available.
We are also committed to the historic guidelines for the Manhattan Heights Historic District and to the city ordinances governing these guidelines.

Memorial Park Master Plan Meeting.

Meeting scheduled regarding changes to Memorial Park Master Plan found within appendix C. Plans and changes can be found on the following website: General 1 — ELEV8EP . Master plan scheduled to be presented to City Council July 18th.
El Paso Museum of History will be showcasing Manhattan Heights as the next Neighborhoods and Shared Memories Exhibit starting March 17 and will run until March 2023.
April 30th El Paso Parks and Recreation in conjunction with El Paso Library will be hosting “Dia de los Ninos Dia de Los Libros” within the Memorial Reserve. This event will also include the Memorial Park swimming pool. For safety reasons portion of Copper and Federal will need to be closed. The attached map indicates approximately the area that will be closed off to traffic between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
This is a free event and more information will be posted soon.
