The mission of the Manhattan Heights Neighborhood Association is to: 

• Preserve and maintain the residential nature of the Neighborhood. 

• Preserve the historic characteristics of the Neighborhood. 

• Preserve and maintain Memorial Park. 

• Promote the diversity of the Neighborhood. 

• Intercede on behalf of the Neighborhood on issues affecting the community by all civic avenues available. 

• We are also committed to the historic guidelines for the Manhattan Heights Historic District and to the city ordinances governing these guidelines.
