Hello, I am Maneet Chatterjee. I am currently in my 1st year,  pursuing Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur.

Highly motivated by Prof. Stephen Hawkings' quote, "However bad life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at. While there's life, there is hope.", I have embraced a resilient mindset. Having studied for one of the toughest competitive examinations in the world- JEE Advanced, I have learned that time is the ultimate reality and there should be no regret from our end when the final job is over. I am a technology enthusiast and I find it exciting to use them to solve problems from daily life to a universal scale. Being in the Mechanical Engineering Department, I am learning how to think as an engineer, a scientist, and a problem solver. My goal is to know as much as I can despite the inherent challenges of mechanical engineering. It is my strong belief that knowledge is the paramount tool to decipher the reason for our existence.
