Mandy Swann, MPH

Mandy Swann, MPH, is a technical advisor with over 15 years of international health and development experience in research, program implementation, and strategy. Her work focuses on innovative approaches to improve health, nutrition and livelihoods for vulnerable populations. Ms. Swann leads mixed-methods research and evaluation activities to understand and address structural and behavioral factors that influence HIV prevention and treatment outcomes. She has provided technical support and leadership to numerous projects in sub-Saharan Africa and has expertise in integrated development, HIV prevention and care, health systems strengthening, nutrition, food security, and economic empowerment. Ms. Swann obtained her Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2009.
