I am currently a research scholar at the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore. Applied mathematics is my broader area of expertise, mainly partial differential equations. To be more specific, my work here deals with the mathematical modeling of the surface wave propagating in a layered media in different environments and under various boundary conditions. The focus is to understand and minimize the disastrous impact of surface waves on construction engineering. My research interests also include elastic wave propagation, geomechanics, seismic waves, and micro continuum mechanics.
