Wooden cutting boards may develop dents from knife blades or warp over time. However, by planing the surface, you can restore them to a like-new condition and use them for a long time.  *We do notrecommend sanding with sandpaper, as it may damage the knife blade and result in a rough finish.

If you find it difficult to maintain the board at home, we offer the following services. Please feel free to take advantage of them:

• Do it your self at our shop:

　　Lesson&Guidance Fee: ￥3,300 (3hours) 

• Leave the maintenance to us:

　　Processing Fee: ￥3,300 (For mail-in requests, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Mail-in service is available within Japan only.)

These prices apply exclusively to cutting boads crafted at our workshop. For identification purposes, our brand mark is branded onto the board at the time of producution.

If you would like maintenance for cutting boards from other brands, we can accommodate your request at the following rates. Please feel free to contact us:
