This management training course teaches basic practical skills in business administration and corporate management in 6 modules. The target groups are specialists from SMEs who want to take on responsibility as department heads and entrepreneurs in the near future. 2 days of training, organizational content such as classic structure and process organization, dynamic and agile process forms such as function diagrams, role concepts and CIP (continuous improvement process). Practical process methods from 5S to Q7 and flexible process design. Record your own processes and adapt them to customer needs and the customer journey. Survey customer satisfaction. Analyzing and evaluating the various quality management systems.
