While we collect no user data, Tier One Management LLC maintains robust, enterprise-grade security measures to protect the App itself and ensure its safe operation—consistent with Android 15’s security enhancements, Google Play’s security requirements, and GDPR’s data security obligations. These measures include encryption protocols, regular security audits, and access controls to safeguard the App’s code and functionality. Since no user data is collected or stored, there is no risk of data breaches, unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of personal information, aligning with the FTC’s 2026 data security guidelines for enterprises.
The App is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13. In full compliance with the FTC’s revised COPPA rules, which expand the definition of personal information, strengthen parental consent requirements, and mandate data minimization for minor users, we do not collect any information from children, teens, or any other users. We will never request personal data from minors, and we adhere to COPPA’s requirements for verifiable parental consent (where applicable) and data retention limitations, ensuring children’s privacy is fully protected in line with international and U.S. regulations.
