Level 1 Load Calculation: .10 per SqFt

Includes:

Wrightsoft Manual J Room-by-Room Load Calculation

Generic heat pump set at .70 sensible/latent sizing ratio

Airflow set to 400CFM/ton at .50 static pressure

Room air flow report based on generic air flow settings

Auto duct draw – Unit centered in area – Metal trunk/ flex runs

1 return per 1600 sq ft / per floor

Worst case with rotation report or Lot specified direction

1 data revision included

Level 2 Load Calculation: .10 per SqFt - Plus $25 for Manual S per system
