MamaFlow is designed as a private, local-first baby and postpartum tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information MamaFlow handles and how it is used.
## 1. Information MamaFlow Stores
MamaFlow may store information that you enter in the app, including:
- Baby feeding logs, such as breastfeeding, bottle feeding, water, meals, time, duration, and quantity.
- Baby sleep logs, such as naps, night sleep, duration, quality, and notes.
- Menstrual cycle logs, such as period dates, flow intensity, symptoms, and notes.
- App preferences, such as language, notification settings, and local progress.
- Generated reports, such as PDF summaries created by the user.
This information is used only to provide MamaFlow features inside the app.
## 2. Local Storage
MamaFlow stores your tracking data locally on your device using Apple-provided storage technologies. The app does not require an account, login, email address, or password.
## 3. iCloud Backup
If you use the iCloud backup feature, MamaFlow may save a backup of your app data to your personal iCloud account using Apple iCloud services. This backup is controlled by your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
MamaFlow does not operate its own external server for this backup.
## 4. Notifications
MamaFlow may ask permission to send notifications, such as daily reminders, baby feeding reminders, or cycle reminders. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in the app or in iOS Settings.
## 5. Data Sharing
MamaFlow does not sell your personal data.
MamaFlow does not share your tracking data with advertisers or data brokers.
MamaFlow does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
## 6. Analytics and Tracking
MamaFlow does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
MamaFlow does not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
If analytics are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before release.

MamaFlow is a wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Because MamaFlow stores data locally, you can delete app data by deleting entries inside the app where available, disabling iCloud backup, or deleting the app from your device. If iCloud backup is enabled, you may also manage iCloud data through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
