Privacy Policy & Terms of Service - MAM App

This privacy policy applies to the Manajemen Aplikasi Mahasiswa app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Mohamad Hilmy Haidar (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed to function completely offline. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, device information (such as IP addresses), or usage data to external servers.

All data you enter into the Application (such as tasks, schedules, and notes) is stored locally on your mobile device. You have full control over this data, and it is automatically deleted if you uninstall the Application or clear the Application's storage data.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Third Party Access

Since the Application does not collect or transmit any data to external servers, the Service Provider does not share any user data with third parties, external services, or analytic providers.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at cs.mam.app@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (cs.mam.app@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By downloading or using the Manajemen Aplikasi Mahasiswa (MAM) app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Mohamad Hilmy Haidar.

Mohamad Hilmy Haidar is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app at any time and for any reason.

Data Storage and Responsibility

The Manajemen Aplikasi Mahasiswa (MAM) app is designed to function entirely offline. All data you enter (such as tasks, schedules, and notes) is stored exclusively on your local device's memory. We do not have access to your data, nor do we store it on any external servers.

Because your data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for managing and securing your data. We are not responsible or liable for any loss of data caused by device formatting, device loss, uninstallation of the app, clearing app cache/data, or any device malfunction. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could compromise your phone's security features and mean that the app won't work properly or securely.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
