**Mallow Magnet Works**

Mallow Magnet Works is an offline, single-player puzzle game. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
## Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores game progress, best scores, mastery stars, spark rewards, check-in dates, sound preferences, haptic preferences and motion preferences locally on your device. This information supports the game's features. It is not transmitted to a game server or used to identify you.
The leaderboard is personal to your device. It does not publish your scores or connect you to other players.
## Information Collection and Sharing
The app does not require an account and does not collect personal information, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or payment details. It contains no advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, social login or in-app purchases. It does not sell or share personal information.
The app uses local device storage to remember your choices. It does not use web cookies within the game.
## Support Communications
If you choose to contact mallowmagnetworks@support.com, the information you include in your email, such as your email address and message, may be used to respond to your request. Email is handled by your chosen email service and the receiving email service. Avoid including sensitive information in support messages.
## External Websites
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use links open in your device's default browser. Those pages are hosted on Google Sites. Your browser and the hosting service may process information under their own privacy policies. The app does not control external websites or their cookies.
## Device Backups and System Services
Your operating system may include local app data in device backups or provide system-level diagnostics according to your device settings. These features are controlled by the operating system and your choices. The app does not operate a separate cloud synchronization or diagnostics service.
## Retention and Deletion
Local game information remains on your device until it is reset or removed. Use Settings → Reset local progress to delete progress, scores, sparks and check-in history while preserving comfort settings. Removing the app removes its local app container, subject to any device backups you control. To request deletion of a support email, contact the support address from the relevant email account.
## Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Gameplay requires no account or communication with other users. If a child sends personal information in a support message, contact the support address to request its removal.
## Changes
This policy may be updated when the app's behavior or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this policy.
