We would like to thank our friends and customers who, for the last 25 years, have worked with us so patiently and faithfully. Our website as well as our emails and phone number are now closed. This page has been created in an effort to offer you answers to the most common requests we have had over the years.

We will miss you all and wish you the best in your respective businesses.

This page contains some elements of support that may be of use to you in the future.

1. A general HELP file is available for download. For Mall Manager, Click here. For Dealer Manager, Click here.

2. Updates for Windows 10 can erase some of our files and block access to your software. You can solve this problem by downloading the following file: Click here . This is the server (Firebird database) file that was removed from your system due to the Windows upgrade. All you need to do is double-click the file "server.exe" and click “NEXT” until it is finished.

3. To download a new copy of Mall Manager Version 7 Click here. To download a new copy of Dealer Manager version 7 Click here. Beware, a new installation may delete your existing data. BACKUP your data first! Restoring your data to a new installation will also restore your permanent code.

4. If your computer has crashed and you have no backup and therefore no permanent activation code, please download the following patch and apply it to a new installation Download (see above for a fresh download of the software). This will give you a new permanent code.

5. To update your program to the last UPDATE of Mall Manager produced by Anteq before closing, Click here. To update your program to the last UPDATE of Dealer Manager produced by Anteq before closing, Click here.

7. Should you have forgotten your password on system or have some tampered with it, you can always download the following software and copy plus run it to the destination directory of Mall manager or Dealer Manager: Click here

8. V.5 and V.6 Mall Manager is not compatible with more recent versions of Windows. If you have lost your installation CD, the last of the V.6 series (Version 6.06) can be downloaded here The update for this version is free and can be downloaded here. Please do a backup before installing. You can also upgrade to the latest version 7 for free by downloading version 7 and applying the activation patch.

9. V.5 Dealer Manager is not compatible with more recent versions of Windows. If you have lost your installation CD, the last of the V.5 series (Version 5.07) can be downloaded here. The update for this version is free and can be downloaded here. Please do a backup before installing. You can also upgrade to the latest version 7 for free by downloading version 7 (see above) and applying the activation patch (see above).
