Users have the right to delete their accounts permanently through the app.
3. Booking & Payments
All appointments must be booked through the app.

Any in-app purchases comply with Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
If the salon cancels an appointment, the customer will receive a full refund.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Any fraudulent activities or misuse of the app may result in account suspension.
Users must not attempt to copy, modify, or disrupt the app’s functionality.
6. Modifications
Malika Beauty Salon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the region where the salon operates.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available in the following cases:
If a booking was charged due to a system error.
If the salon is unable to provide the booked service.
If a cancellation is initiated by the salon.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available after a service has been provided.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Dissatisfaction with a service does not guarantee a refund, but concerns can be addressed with salon management.
3. Refund Process
Users must request a refund within 48 hours of the service date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Payment Disputes
Disputes initiated through banks or payment providers will be subject to investigation. Users may also request a refund through Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on the payment method.

Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information

Shipping is available only in designated service areas as specified in the app.

Delivery time varies based on location, with estimated delivery between 3-7 business days.
3. Shipping Fees

Delivery status can be checked within the app.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
If an order is lost or damaged during transit, customers must contact support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Malika Beauty Salon will either replace the item or provide a refund, subject to investigation.
6. Returns for Shipped Products
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging.
Return shipping fees may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Account Deletion Policy
To comply with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, users can permanently delete their accounts through the app. Once deleted, all personal data will be removed from our system, except for records required by law.
