Loyola University Chicago

During my time at Loyola University Chicago, I was employed in the DPFA scene shop from 2021-2024 and had a hand in every single production built during that time. The technical director at the time, Justin Krecker-Snyder, often assigned me tasks requiring particular skill and attention to detail. Notable projects include custom-fabricated windows for Somewhere and Pride & Prejudice, custom aerial polysilks for Orlando, and steel framed fabric treetops for Into the Woods. I worked with scenic designer Tim Mann as a scenic painter for Polaroid Stories, Radium Girls, Nevertheless She Persisted, Pride & Prejudice, The Old Man And The Old Moon, and As You Like It. I also spent significant time in the props shop under Jillian Gryzlak as an assistant props artisan; examples of this work can be found in the images for Polaroid Stories, Into the Woods, and The Old Man and The Old Moon.
