I'm Bhumika Makwana, writer and Computer scientist , based out of Bangalore. My passion lies at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability.
My journey began with a profound interest in leveraging technology to solve real-world problems, which led me to become a founding engineer at GalaxEye Space, a pioneering space-tech startup, incubated out of IIT Madras. I lead the analytics and research efforts here.
I graduated from College of Engineering Pune, with honors in artificial intelligence and advance microprocessor technology. I was part of COEP satellite initiative (CSAT) which launched Swayam (cubesat). Throughout my career, I have established myself as an AI leader, driven by a passion for building sustainable solutions. My work in AI has not only focused on advancing the field but also on applying these technologies to address critical issues in climate tech. I am committed to using deep tech to create impactful solutions that contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future.
I believe in the power of collaboration and continuous learning, and I regularly participate in industry conferences, workshops, and forums to share my insights and learn from fellow innovators.
