IntelliTime is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not use this app or provide any personal information. Parents or guardians who believe their child under 13 has provided information to us should contact intellitime.feedback@gmail.com to request deletion.
We collect and store the following types of information when you use IntelliTime:
Account Information: Your username, display name, email, phone number, and securely hashed password.
Task Data: Titles, descriptions, start times, end times, priorities (hard, medium, easy, trivial), locked status, completion status, and any comments you add to tasks.
Schedule Data: Your daily schedules, recurring tasks, and any AI-generated schedule codes you save.
App Settings: Theme preferences, haptic feedback settings, priority colors, and break durations between tasks.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and maintain the IntelliTime service, including syncing your tasks and schedules across devices.
Authenticate your account and ensure secure access to your data.
Personalize your experience with custom themes, priorities, and AI-generated schedules.
Improve the app based on usage patterns and feedback (aggregated and anonymized).
Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.
Your data is stored locally on your device and synced to secure cloud servers (Supabase) when you are authenticated. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (such as Supabase for database hosting and Google Gemini AI for schedule optimization) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who will continue to honor this Privacy Policy.
IntelliTime uses Google's Gemini AI to provide schedule suggestions and optimization. When you interact with the AI, your task data and messages are sent to Google's servers for processing. Google's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing Google's policies if you have concerns about AI data processing.
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access and Export: You can view and export your task and schedule data from within the app.
Correction: You can edit or update your account information and tasks at any time.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing intellitime.feedback@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Opt-Out: You can stop using IntelliTime at any time by logging out and uninstalling the app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
IntelliTime is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
IntelliTime is operated from India. If you are accessing the app from outside India, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India.
IntelliTime does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies. We store only essential data locally on your device to maintain your session and preferences.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" and notify you through the app or via email if the changes are significant.
