DESIGN

The home’s original character was preserved through a modest second-floor addition carefully integrated into the existing roofline and massing, maintaining its scale and presence from the street. Interior updates improved layout, light, and function, including a primary suite with corner views of the Space Needle, an enlarged bathroom, and an updated laundry closet. The project reflects calm, practical spaces that support aging in place while allowing the owners to remain connected to life in the city.

Design Phase:

Concept  plans & elevations presented through freehand sketches. Prepared CAD drawings for Permit submittal by Owner. Received Subject to Field Inspection approval. 

Construction Phase:
Owner selected and collaborated directly with Contractors throughout process. Careful management of budget allowed for exterior siding and balcony added value updates.
