DESIGN

Careful site planning was initiated early to address the primary safety concerns along the street during operation of the large Vactor Trucks leaving the site. Several options were presented and eventually a scheme was chosen that best utilized the available property while being good neighbors through selection of materials and distinct roof form. Prefabricated Modular Steel Building System was used to maximize the interior space for vehicle storage and maintenance equipment.
