We have a problem whereby a Cisco CP-8851 phone + sidecar is unable to draw enough power from the 5130 it's attached to. The phone itself will power up (and work) but the sidecar wont. If I move the phone + sidecar to another 5130, which is configured exactly the same (as far as I can tell), it is fine; it can draw enough power for the phone and the sidecar.

FYI... if you are running the 5130 EI's with the 10gb Copper Ports, please be aware that there is a software issue in R3113P05 and R3207 that prevented them from working reliably. R3208 fixed the problem.

Hi David, that's interesting...for a while now...written that way it seems that R32 has been around that long but, really, R32 on 5130 was published only in June 2017 (isn't it?) and so it is available since that month...so it's not that old (it's just 4 months old!).

What do you mean with starting a build cleaner? I'm curious: if R32 was born from a previous specific R31 release (exactly the R3115P08 May 2017) it was probably not that clean...I mean...that R32 has a "code heritage" that necessarily goes back to R31 (so it's not totally new code, isn't it?)...or are you just trying to say that 5130 users should forget about updating within theirs R31xx and they should instead jump into latest released R32 software version no matter why?

I have been so fortunate to spend time with so many of the clubs in our District and learn all that we are doing for our communities and the world. Based on the club members and the club leaders I have spent time with, Rotary 5130 is looking good.

There have been some software issues with PoE on the 5130 that are now mostly resolved. If you look at My Networking, you should download new software for the 5130. Your Comware version should be at least R3109P01, and there is a new update for the PSE software. PoE version 143 should also be available by now. Try upgrading both and see if that resolves your issue.

i have the same issue with a 4 x IRF with 1 x 48G and 3 x 24G - all of the 24Gs have PoE enabled and are working fine - the 48G says Operation Failed when i try to enable Poe on any interface. I have looked at the downloads - and the ones you speak of above are not available - i found a PDF on 5130-poe-143.bin and how to refresh the pse with this - but no where does it tell you where to download it? Can you give me more information please - that is the download location of both of the firmwares you speak of above.

The release of 5130 firmware you really need to use is 3109P03 when its generally available. Fixes interoperability issues with Aruba Clearpass and some show stopers for using radius to auth dot1x and mac-auth.

I have been told by HP support that you should actually fully power down/up a 5130 switch following a PSE firmware update. This is due to the fact the PSE unit is not restarted following a "reboot" command.

Looking at a 5130 mfwd with a front end loader w/cab. What is considered high hours on these? I've seen a couple for sale with 8,000+ hours on them and some with 6-7000 hours. What are some things to watch out for when looking at them? This would be mainly for mowing and baling hay along with feeding in the winter. Any suggestions on other models or series to look at would be appreciated (looking in the 75-100 hp range and 4wd isn't necessary). Thanks for the info!

We have a 5130, Brett......it was "pre owned " when we brought it.....although I knew the original owner......This old girl has 12000 hrs on the clock...and still functions very well....We do the usual cultivation with it...for our Maize crop...(not an Iowa size crop...just a hillbilly Baton Valley size....)...feeds out every winter...always starts...replaced the rubber gasket behind the feul pump......used to leak oil out of the plate that hides the lifters etc....Gave up on the internal feul tank filter....tossed it , after all that accumulation of crap in the tank defied my best efforts to clean it out...we just change the primary filter more often !!

We have a 5230 (almost exactly the same as a 5130) 2wd open station. Bought it almost new and put a loader on it. It has over 9000 hrs now, more than 90% of that was doing loader work. No front end problems beside more rapid tire wear and the ends of the center axle tube cracking a little from racing through corn fields at times near road speed with two big round cornstalk bales on the loader. No other tractor problems related to the loader either.

A friend of mine this spring bought a super nice 5130 2wd. They have a 13ft CNH discbine that he pulls with it. He asked me if I thought it could be turned up. I told him I think that wouldn't be problem, then he tells me our dealer told him there was nothing they could do. I told him they are just covering there butts.

The Risograph SF 5130 makes prints from a master. As a result, the more pages generated from each master the lower the cost per print, making it highly economical for medium- to high-volume printing. Page layout printing combines multiple copies of the same page, or copies of multiple pages onto a single printed page to save paper. Conveniently condense bulky multiple-page documents in an easy-to-read format. These functions are available when using the printer driver. Improved resolution for both scanning and rinting. This achieves sharp and clear output with the highest image quality.

On November 5, 2019, the SEC approved amendments to FINRA Rules 5130 and 5131, which govern the offer and sale of "New Issue" securities (the "Rules"). (Under the Rules, "New Issue" means any initial public offering (IPO) of an equity security as defined in Section 3(a)(11) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 made pursuant to a registration statement or offering circular, subject to certain exceptions.) These amendments went into effect on January 1, 2020. In general, the amendments to the Rules broaden the categories of investors that are exempt from the Rules' restrictions. Therefore, additional types of investors may now be able to invest in New Issues directly and through their investments in private investment funds.

FINRA Rule 5130 prohibits a broker-dealer from selling New Issues to accounts in which "Restricted Persons" have a beneficial interest. The term "Restricted Person" includes broker-dealers and their personnel, finders and fiduciaries in securities offerings, portfolio managers, persons owning a broker-dealer, and, in some cases, persons materially supported by, or the immediate family members of these persons. FINRA Rule 5131 restricts broker-dealers from selling New Issues to accounts that are beneficially owned by persons that are executive officers or directors of public companies and certain covered non-public companies having specified relationships with the broker-dealer, and persons materially supported by these persons.

On November 5, 2019, the SEC approved changes to FINRA Rule 5130 (Restrictions on the Purchase and Sale of Initial Equity Public Offerings) and Rule 5131 (New Issue Allocations and Distributions). FINRA announced that the changes would become effective on January 1, 2020, in Regulatory Notice 19-37.

FINRA Rules 5130 and 5131 protect the integrity of public offerings for "new issue" securities (i.e. initial public offerings of equity securities) by, among other things, ensuring that member firms make bona fide public offerings at the offering price, do not withhold securities for their benefit or the benefit of industry insiders, including employees and industry professionals, or award them to persons who can give them future business (a practice known as "spinning"). 0852c4b9a8
