MAHJ CLOSET (“MAHJ CLOSET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the MAHJ CLOSET mobile application (“App”) handles information.
MAHJ CLOSET does not collect personal information from you through our servers.
We do not operate user accounts or collect names, email addresses, contact information, payment information, or other personal information for our own databases.
We do not use advertising networks, analytics services, or tracking technologies to collect information about how you use the App.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
MAHJ CLOSET allows you to photograph and add images of your mahjong tiles, mats, tablecloths, racks, accessories, and other items to your personal collection.
Camera and photo-library access is used so you can photograph items, select photos, and save completed tablescapes to your Photos library.
Your photos are used within the App to manage your personal collection and create your tablescapes. MAHJ CLOSET does not upload these photos to our own servers or use them for advertising or marketing.
MAHJ CLOSET stores information needed to operate the App and maintain your personal collection, including items you add, photos, names, brands, categories, quantities, favorites, saved tablescapes, and hosting plans.
This information is intended for your use within the App and is not collected by MAHJ CLOSET for our own databases.
MAHJ CLOSET provides an optional backup and restore feature.
When you choose to create a backup, the App creates a backup file containing information from your MAHJ CLOSET collection and related app data. You choose where to save this file using Apple’s Files system, which may include iCloud Drive.
MAHJ CLOSET does not receive or store your backup files on our own servers.
You are responsible for the storage and security of backup files you choose to save outside the App.
MAHJ CLOSET does not require you to create an account or connect a social-media account.
When you choose to save a tablescape to your Photos library or use the standard sharing features available on your iPhone, the sharing or storage is controlled by you and Apple’s system features.
MAHJ CLOSET does not collect the content you choose to save or share.
MAHJ CLOSET does not use third-party advertising or analytics services to collect information from users.
The App may use Apple system services, including the Photos library and Files system, to provide features you choose to use. Those services are subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
MAHJ CLOSET is not designed to collect personal information from children.
Because MAHJ CLOSET does not collect personal information through its own servers, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App or its features change.
If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy.
