I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economic Sciences at IIT Kanpur. As an applied economist, my research focuses on topics in real estate economics and other related financial and macro variables.

I completed my PhD in Quantitative Economics at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India under the supervision of Prof. Nityananda Sarkar. Previously, I completed my masters in Economics from University of Calcutta and B.Sc. in Economics (Hons.) from Ramakrishna Mission Residential College, Narendrapur.
