Practice Calendar
The below calendar includes most of the regular event practice times, team meetings, and tournament information. Information is updated as we get new information.
We try to keep the calendar up to date for practices, but coaches occasionally change or cancel practices. it is the student's responsibility to be in contact with their event coaches if there are changes in practice days or times.

2025-26 Tournament Information
All students may not be scheduled at each tournament.
We have 50-60 students and are limited to a maximum of 15 students on each team roster at a tournament.
Only the students on a team roster may participate in events for that specific team number.
If there is a blank/question mark listed on a schedule, that means we are looking for volunteers from that specific team to cover that event for that tournament. We will choose or "tag" who will go into that event.

Tournament Availability
Students, please complete the Tournament Availability form at the link below. We will take as many students as possible to each tournament. All students may not be going to each tournament. We can take a maximum of 30 - 45 students to each tournament. Remember, we have to cover all events with 15 students on each team. If you are only practicing 1 or 2 events, you may not make it on one of the 2-3 teams we are scheduling.

Volunteer Requirement for State Teams
To run smoothly, the tournament requires ~250 event volunteers. The Ohio State Tournament depends on dedicated volunteers to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Each participating team is required to provide two volunteers to assist with various Tournament tasks throughout the day—a commitment known as the volunteer requirement. Volunteers serve for the full day, which may include both a morning and afternoon event or a single full-day assignment. Teams that do not fulfill this requirement will incur a five-point penalty added to their total team score for each volunteer that they do not have confirmed and signed-up for by Friday, April 4th via the Volunteer Form (This link will give you a redirect message, please accept the redirect link to get to the Google Doc to volunteer.)
Please let me know if you can volunteer for the Tournament and have completed the Volunteer Form at the link above. We must have 2 volunteers from Magsig to fulfill the requirement, so we do not receive up to a 10-point penalty to our total team score. (Reminder that last year we missed going to Nationals by 6 points!)
I will not be informed of who has volunteered and if we have the required 2 volunteers, so please let me know if you have volunteered and completed the Volunteer Form. I will let all the parents know when we have our 2 required Tournament volunteers.Volunteer Form
