From 2023, THE MAGNETS operates within the realms of export, import, and supply from Bangladesh. In addition, THE MAGNETS also offers Consultancy, Training and Indenting. The company has successfully exported products to the UK, Malaysia, and Russia, building a strong presence in international markets.

Its core product line includes jute diversified products, handicrafts, hand stitched wall mat, eco-friendly shopping and packaging solutions, showcasing Bangladesh's rich heritage and commitment to develop SMEs, artisans and sustainability.

Our impact journey began in 2016 through the development of local (Jute and leather) sustainable products for international market, training programs for local artisans and entrepreneurs.   

The Owner of this organization Ms. Nasrin Akter Mila has been serving as the Director of BANGLACRAFT from 2022–2025 (https://banglacraft.org/) and as a member of JDPC (https://jdpc.gov.bd/) since 2018, a General Body Member of the SME Foundation (https://smef.gov.bd/) also leading Junior Chamber International (JCI) since 2015 actively promoting entrepreneurship and skill development. Additionally, through our nonprofit organization SARCH (https://www.sarchbd.org/), registered in 2022 we focus on research-led development, employment generation, women’s empowerment, and uplifting underserved communities. In 2026, we entered into an agreement with a Switzerland-based non-profit organization, Global SME Business Home - GSBH (https://gsbh.global/), as a strategic partner.
