# Terms of Use — Magic Cube: Solver & Timer

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and UMAXSOFT ("we", "us", or

"our") for your use of the mobile application **Magic Cube: Solver & Timer** ("the App"). By

downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download

and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these

Terms and the applicable app-store rules (Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms of

Service).

## 2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers an optional **Premium** subscription (auto-renewable) that removes ads and unlocks

additional features such as extra cube styles.

- Prices and billing periods are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase and may vary by

  region and over time.

- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

- **Auto-renewal:** A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at

  least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within

  24 hours before the period ends.

- **Managing or canceling:** You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or

  Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

- **Refunds** are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we generally cannot

  issue refunds directly.

- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the subscription.

## 3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App; (b) reverse

engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law;

(c) use the App to break any law or infringe the rights of others; or (d) interfere with or

disrupt the App or the third-party services it relies on.

## 4. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by advertising provided by third parties, including

Google AdMob. Advertisements and any linked content are the responsibility of the advertisers.

We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or websites.

## 5. Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding third-party materials) —

is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are

reserved.

## 6. Trademark Disclaimer

"Rubik's Cube®" and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. **Magic Cube:

Solver & Timer is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored

by Spin Master, Rubik's Brand Ltd., or any related entity.** The App is a general solver and timer

for standard 3×3 twisty puzzles.

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided **"as is"** and **"as available"** without warranties of any kind, whether

express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular

purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that solver

results or camera-scan results will always be accurate.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,

special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of

the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid

us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero).

## 9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on services from Apple, Google, and advertising partners. Your use of those

services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for

third-party services.

## 10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or end your access if you

breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by

their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and

limitation of liability) will survive.

## 11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an

updated date. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

## 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its

conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of

residence apply.
