The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Collection

We collect information from you when you use our services, including photos. We also collect information about the way our users spend time on the app. You may upload photos containing your facial idata, but we will not collect your facial data.

- We analyze your photos. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.

- the complete process is:

(1) You submit the selected photo to our server in an encrypted way; (2) The server analyzes the photo and applies it to the template you choose; (3) After the generation is completed, the server returns the final picture to you through the application;(4) The final picture will be temporarily stored in encrypted storage, and will be permanently deleted after a certain period of time. After the generation process is complete, we will delete the photo you submitted to the server immediately.

We will not share your face data with any third party, nor will we store any face information you submit, and the photos you upload will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

Use

Our use of this data is limited to the exclusive purpose of improving our services for our users. For example, the facial feature data we collect is vital for the generation of the final Magic AI animation. App usage data is used for the exclusive purpose of better understanding the manner in which users spend time in the Magic AI app, so that we may improve our app experience.

Disclosure & Sharing

We will not share your face data or photo with any third party, nor will we store any face information you submit, and the photos you upload will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

Magic AI does not control third party platforms, websites or online services, and Magic AI is not responsible for their actions. These platforms, websites and online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. Magic AI encourages you to read the privacy policies of these platforms, websites and online services to find out more about how your usage data may be used by these vendors.

Retention

We analyze your photos. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.

Your data will be stored by Magic AI no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed.

That is why,

- your facial feature data is stored on the Magic AI only for the purpose of creating the photo, and deleted immediately after;

- anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes Magic AI has set out in this Privacy Policy.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
