• EDUCATION/CAREER: I have degrees from Stanford and University of California, and I worked over 30 years in the high-stress high-tech industry, for HP and Oracle, in research, development, and management.   Click here to see my last "resume" on LinkedIn...  I barely remember what some of it means!

• CLUBS: A true passion!  I've personally started Anthem Ranch clubs, helped start a few others, led many club meetings, given many presentations (some still available on video or on slides), led many hikes and bike rides, and participated (often actively) in many more clubs. • Reinforce clubs – the “lifeblood” of Anthem Ranch; encourage sharing and cross-training

• Improve utilization of the tremendous experience and passion of our community while recognizing and celebrating key contributions

• Ensure business continuity through these times of change: More data; easier access; better transparency; organized for success

• Establish metrics and proactively seek out meaningful feedback to optimize success
