General Association Meetings (In-Person + Zoom Option)

Per the Madrone Elementary PTA Bylaws, General Association meetings occur the third Thursday of every other month, unless otherwise noted.

All General Association meetings will start at either 8:15 am or 6:00 pm in the library and via Zoom.

8/22 6:00 pm – Welcome Meeting  & Budget, Programs and Events, Goals

9/19 6:00 pm - Presentation of Audit

11/21 6:00 pm

1/23 6:00 pm - Nominating Committee Elected

4/20 6:00 pm - Election Month (Spring break 3/17 - 3/21)

5/22 6:00 pm - Last Meeting of the Year (Last Day 6/5)

Executive Board Meetings (Via Zoom)

Per the Madrone Elementary PTA Bylaws, Executive Board meetings occur on the first Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise noted. Meetings will begin at 9:00 am or 6 pm via Zoom unless otherwise noted.
