We are a group of community members working in collaboration to ensure that we can navigate these unsettling times anchored to one another in support. This site has been designed to help streamline information to offer assistance and support to any community member in need. Visitors and 2nd Home Owners Shopping Initiative
To help visitors and part-time residents be compliant with the State of Vermont Guidelines, the Mad River Valley Volunteer Response Team will connect you with a volunteer to shop, inform and assist during the recommended 7 or 14 days. For more information, please contact us at 802-496-8965. State of Vermont guidelines for travelers are listed here. Please be advised this initiative is for 2nd homeowners and long-term visitors.
Everyone Eats is an awesome program that engages local restaurants to make to-go meals for anyone who has been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis due to unemployment, underemployment, or other challenges (so basically everyone)! This program is available thanks through special CARES Act funds made available to Vermonters. Click here for more details!
