Mad Queen Chess is developed and provided by Peny Rahmadhani. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Mad Queen Chess does not require an app account. We do not collect personal information or gameplay data from the app on developer-operated servers. The app does not include advertising or tracking for advertising purposes.
The app stores information needed to operate its features, such as game settings, progress, personal bests, free-play usage and whether you have unlocked additional difficulty levels. Purchase-access information is also handled on your device.
This information supports gameplay, progression and access to purchased content. It is not transmitted to us.
Locally stored information remains until it is removed or replaced by the app, or you delete the app and its local data. Device backups may retain copies according to your device and backup settings.
The permanent game unlock is purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payment and manages the purchase record. The app uses Apple’s purchase information to verify access and restore an eligible previous purchase.
We do not receive your payment-card details. Deleting the app does not delete Apple’s purchase records or cancel your permanent purchase.
Apple’s handling of personal information is described at:
https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Sharing a victory card is optional and starts only when you choose to share it. The app generates the card using your game result and selected difficulty, then opens your device’s sharing menu.
The card and accompanying text are passed to the destination you select. We do not receive a copy through this feature. Any service you choose to share through handles the shared content under its own privacy policy.
The app creates a temporary image for sharing and attempts to remove that temporary file when the sharing process finishes. Copies sent to another app or service remain under your control and that service’s rules.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and resolve support issues.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.
The app’s data practices are the same regardless of the player’s age. We do not request a player’s name, age or contact details to play. Parents and guardians can manage purchases and sharing through their device’s controls.
You can use the app without sharing victory cards or contacting support. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app. Information already shared with another service must be managed through that service.
We may update this policy if the app’s features or data practices change. The current version will be available on this page, with an updated date.
