It’s important that you agree with these ToS before commissioning an illustration either digital or traditional. Here you’ll find all the informations concerning its realization.

When you commission me an illustration/s, you accept the following terms :

You can send me images/references/photos/drawings illustrate your idea, or a descriptive text of what you want. Our message should be as clear as possible. I don't copy the work of my colleague.

After your message I’ll respond you (within 24 hours), I shall estimate the amount of work to do. If you agree to pay this amount and these ToS we can start working together.

• The Prices

The cost of the illustrations depends on the technique and the pricelist (the pricelist are base's prices) and the complexity.

• Payment

For the settlement, Paypal and transfer.

You have to pay before the start of the illustration of after the sketch.

Always in EUROS. (EUR - €)

• Realization

1 - When the payment is received, I will begin to work for you.

2 - First of all I make a sketch. From there, you validate or not the idea. You can adjust it, ask for modifications or have it redone. (I propose you more suggestions.) By the way, this is the only step where it’s possible to start all over again !

3 - Inking (traditional or digital) I’ll give you a view of this inking. However be aware that by working with traditional techniques it WON’T BE POSSIBLE to modify anything, so don’t forget anything during the sketching step ! Concerning the digital inking it is still possible to adjust little details.

5 - At the beginning of the painting, I will communicate WiP (Work in Progess) of the piece, it’s too late to complain about the drawing. Also traditional colors are limited by the watercolor pigments I use, they will never be the same as those you can see on your computer screen. I send some progress overviews of the illustrations as soon as I’m working. (At this step we agreed to not change the drawing anymore, but it’s still possible to adjust the colors on digital illustrations)

6 - End, shaping and signature. No back out. Then, formatting and/or sending.

• Deadlines

Deadlines are variable and depend on the illustrations ordered, as well as yours. It usually varies between 24h (when you're the first) and 5 month max.

It’s possible these deadlines aren’t respected in very specific cases : health problems or other serious reasons.

Don’t worry ! These situations are rares and I will systematically keep you informed.

• What you are buying !

When you order a traditional piece, the price of the original illustration is included.

When you buy the original you will have to pay postal charges (including the shipping price).

I’ll send you digital illustrations by email as HD files (.PNG).

• Your rights, my rights

You don’t have the right to :

• Sell the digital version of your illustration.
• Sell printings of the illustration, whether be it prints or other objects. This includes customization websites such as “Redbubble, Spreadshirt and other sites like that”.
• Publish your illustration anywhere without crediting me, or claim as your own.
• Modify your illustration. (Contact me if you want to)

You have the right to :

• Spread freely your illustration around you, however be sure to always credit me !
• Print your illustration within the limits of your personal use.

My rights :

• I have the right to use your order in my various blogs, websites, portfolios, artbooks…
