Ma3mora Ticketing ("the App") is a business point-of-sale (POS) and ticketing application developed by H Tech Modern Programming ("we", "us", "our") for use by authorized employees and staff of El Mamoura. The App is an internal operational tool used to issue tickets, process sales transactions, identify cards, and print receipts at points of sale.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, why it accesses it, how it is used, and the choices available to you. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
The App is intended only for authorized employees and operators. It is not a consumer application. A valid company account (issued by the employer) is required to log in. The App is not directed to children.
a) Account & authentication data
Login credentials (username/identifier and password) that you enter to sign in.
Authentication tokens issued by our server, stored securely on the device using encrypted storage, used to keep your session active and to refresh it.
b) NFC card data
The App uses the device's NFC hardware to read the unique serial number (UID) of a physical card presented at the point of sale.
This UID is used only to identify the card/person/employee associated with a ticket or transaction by looking it up on our server.
The App does not read, store, or process any banking data, payment-card numbers, or personal files from the NFC card. It reads only the card's technical identifier (UID).
NFC is used only while the relevant screen is active and you tap a card; it is not used in the background.
c) Camera (QR scanning and problem-report photos)
The App uses the camera mainly to scan QR codes / barcodes (for example to read a ticket or card code). Scanned codes are processed for the transaction and are not stored as images.
When you submit a problem report, the App may also let you take a photo with the camera or choose an existing photo from your device to attach to the report (see section (f)).
d) Photos you attach to problem reports
If you choose to attach an image to a problem report, that photo is uploaded to our server together with the report so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Photos are used only for handling the reported problem. Attaching a photo is optional and only happens when you select or capture one.
e) Card / person / employee lookup (search queries)
A core function of the App is to look up a person or employee on our server. The lookup can be performed by tapping an NFC card, scanning a code, or entering a card number, national ID, or reference code.
The lookup request sends only the identifier you provide (card number, national ID, or code) to our server.
In response, the server may return the matched person's/employee's profile details so the operator can verify identity and complete the transaction — this can include their name, reference code, national ID number, profile photo, card number / UHF tag number, and card status.
This information is displayed in the App for verification during the transaction. The App does not publish it, sell it, or share it with any third party. It originates from, and is managed on, our (the employer's) servers.
f) Transaction, receipt & problem-report data
When you create a sale, the App sends transaction details (selected ticket items, quantities, prices, taxes, payment method, point-of-sale and shift information) to our server to record the transaction.
A receipt is then generated and printed on the connected thermal receipt printer (e.g. Sunmi device). The printed receipt may include the company name, point-of-sale name, cashier name, receipt number, date/time, item list, amounts, tax, and a QR code. Printing happens locally on the connected hardware.
You can also submit problem reports describing an operational issue; these are sent to our server and may include an optional attached photo as described in section (d).
g) Device & technical data
Basic device information (such as device model/identifier) and a push-notification token may be processed to deliver operational notifications and to secure the service.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) to send push notifications related to the App's operation.
We use the information described above to:
Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
Look up and verify the identity of cards/persons/employees (by card, national ID, or code) so the operator can complete the correct transaction.
Create, record, and print sales receipts and tickets.
Operate shifts and points of sale and report operational problems.
Send operational notifications.
Maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Permission

Read a card's unique serial number (UID) to identify it for a transaction. No banking/personal data is read.
Camera
Scan QR codes / barcodes, and optionally take a photo to attach to a problem report.
Internet
Communicate with our secure server to log in and process transactions.
Notifications (Firebase)
Deliver operational push notifications.
Vibrate
Provide feedback on scan/transaction events.
Boot / Exact alarm
Re-schedule operational notifications after device restart.
We share information only as needed to operate the service:
With our hosting/back-end servers operated for El Mamoura.
With Google Firebase for push-notification delivery.
When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Authentication tokens and sensitive values are stored on the device using encrypted secure storage.
Data transmitted to our server is sent over the network to our backend endpoints.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Transaction and operational records are retained on our servers for as long as necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes. Authentication tokens stored on the device are removed when you log out or uninstall the App.
You can revoke camera or NFC access at any time from your device settings; some features may stop working as a result.
You can log out to clear your session from the device.
For requests regarding your data, contact us using the details below.
The App is an employee tool and is not intended for or directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
