INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

Ma3 Route Guide collects your email address and display name for authentication via Firebase. Your GPS location is used on-device for navigation only and is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties. Profile photos are stored in Firebase Storage and are visible only to you. Route chat messages are stored in Firebase Firestore, visible to other users in the same route chat room, and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Trending traffic posts are visible to all app users and are automatically deleted after 12 hours. 

USER-GENERATED CONTENT 

All messages and posts are AI-moderated to detect and remove harmful, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines. 

ADVERTISING 

Ma3 Route Guide may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising identifier in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). 

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES 

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and storage services. All data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit using TLS. Firebase's privacy policy applies: firebase.google.com/support/privacy 

DATA RETENTION 

- Profile data: retained until account deletion is requested 

- Route chat messages: automatically deleted after 24 hours 

- Trending posts: automatically deleted after 12 hours 

- Profile photos: retained until user replaces or deletes them.

YOUR RIGHTS

Users can request deletion of their account and all associated data by emailing feedback@ma3routeguide.co.ke or evance_ochiel@yahoo.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 7 days. Note: route chat messages auto-delete after 24 hours and Trending posts auto-delete after 12 hours without any action required.
