mlss is designed as an offline record-keeping app for society fund collections and expenses. The app helps users manually enter and manage society-related fund records on their own mobile device.

Users may manually enter information such as:
Collection amount
Expense amount
Purpose or category
Date
Notes
Member or payer name, if the user chooses to enter it
Other society fund record details entered by the user
This information is stored locally on the user’s device for app functionality.
Data Collection
We do not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share your society fund records with any server or third party.
The app is intended to work offline. Records entered in the app remain on your device unless you personally export, share, back up, or transfer them outside the app using your device features.
Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data or society fund records with third parties.
If you choose to share screenshots, exported files, backups, or other information using another app or service, that sharing is controlled by you and may be subject to the privacy policy of the service you use.
Internet Access and Third-Party Services
If this app does not use internet, ads, analytics, cloud backup, crash reporting, or third-party SDKs, then no user data is transmitted by us.
If future versions add ads, analytics, cloud backup, crash reporting, or any online feature, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are released.
Data Security
Your records are stored locally on your device. Please protect your device with a password, PIN, pattern, fingerprint, or other security method. We recommend keeping your own backup of important records.
No method of storage is completely secure. Hamsterbaine is not responsible for loss of data caused by device damage, uninstalling the app, clearing app data, theft, user error, or other causes outside our control.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your records remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app data, or uninstall the app.
You can delete records inside the app if this feature is available. You can also remove all local app data through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the app.
Because Hamsterbaine does not store your records on any server, we cannot restore deleted records.
Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for society leaders, committee members, and responsible users who manage society records. The app is not directed to children.
Financial Disclaimer
mlss is only a record-keeping tool. It does not provide banking, wallet, payment processing, loans, investments, fundraising, donation processing, or money transfer services. The app does not hold or manage real money. Users are fully responsible for their own records, cash handling, payments, approvals, legal compliance, and society fund decisions.

Hamsterbaine may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
