At Junyi Academy, Lydia works at the forefront of education innovation, driving the integration of digital learning and AI literacy into Taiwan’s education system. Her role combines strategy, content development, and cross-sector collaboration—working closely with schools, teachers, and government stakeholders to scale impactful EdTech solutions. From localized implementation in classrooms to county-wide initiatives, she focuses on making learning more accessible, engaging, and future-ready.

Role & Impact

Lydia leads the rollout of differentiated digital teaching models across Pingtung, supporting a network of 10+ schools while strengthening adoption and long-term engagement. She is currently managing a large-scale AI initiative, the “Hour of AI” (HOA), coordinating resources across 128 schools and over 2,300 students to advance regional AI literacy. In parallel, she serves as a Content PM for the Taipei CooC Cloud project, overseeing three expert workgroups to produce 40+ curriculum-aligned math videos for early-grade learners. Working closely with education bureaus and school leaders, she also plays a key role in aligning EdTech solutions with public policy, including facilitating MOUs to embed digital learning frameworks at the county level.
