JLS Mentor Team Lead —

As a JLS Mentor Team Lead at Sangam World Centre, Lydia played a key leadership role in supporting and empowering mentors. She accompanied and guided mentors over the course of a year, building strong relationships and providing consistent support. Collaborating with three team leads from different countries, she co-led a group of over 40 mentors, helping them effectively guide their small teams. Additionally, Lydia co-designed training programmes aimed at equipping mentors with the skills and confidence needed to lead, fostering a ripple effect of leadership and empowerment within the community.
