The Japanese attractor is one of the strange attractors discovered by Professor Yoshisuke Ueda and named by a mathematical physicist, Professor David Pierre Ruelle. This attractor is also called Ueda attractor. The Japanese attractor emerges from the Duffing equations of the forced oscillation type.
dx/dt = y,
dy/dt = -x3 - K y + B cos t,
where x and y are state variables, t is time, and k and B are constant parameters.
To draw the figures below, K=0.05 and B = 7.5 are used.
