Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
We operate open auditions and cast inclusively. This means that we do not prejudge the personal characteristics of an actor beyond what is integral for delivering the composer and/or author’s storytelling for a role. If there is a central requirement for a specific personal characteristic, we will make this clear in the Character List page. If you have any special requirements for auditions, please notify us in advance so that we can make arrangements to make the audition environment as safe and supportive as possible. Find out about our full EDI policy on the main LWMS website.
