Facilitator: Jennifer Maxfield – facilitators are players experienced with the game that speed up the learning process and play.

Description: In Zooloretto each player is the owner of a Zoo, and must collect animals in order to attract visitors to their zoo, thus scoring points and winning the game. Zooloretto was the winner of the Spiel des Jahres in 2007. Up to five players can play in this game.

Upper Deck Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game

2:00 – 4:00

Facilitator: Dave Falk – facilitators are players experienced with the game that speed up the learning process and play.

Description: In Legendary, players take on the roles of Marvel heroes, including the Avengers and X-Men, and team up to defeat an evil Mastermind. The players have to defeat the likes of Magneto, Loki, Dr. Doom, or Red Skull to win the game - if they do, the players are ranked by the most Victory Points accumulated during play. Because of this, Legendary has a cooperative feel.

Description: Humanity has evolved into five different races all living throughout the solar system. We’ve adapted to every environment we’ve encountered and even flourished. We need to move though since our star, Sol, is dying. We must reach beyond the stars and we know and explore new systems, find new places to live in order to survive. A great adventure lies ahead. Which race will be able to create the greatest star-spanning civilization?

Lords of Waterdeep

4:00 – 6:00

Facilitator: Tracy & Rich Dombowsky – facilitators are players experienced with the game that speed up the learning process and play.

Description: The game is set in Waterdeep, a fictional city in the Forgotten Worlds campaign setting for the Dungeons and Dragons role-playing game. Players take the role of Masked Rulers of Waterdeep, deploying agents and hiring adventurers to complete quests and increase their influence over the city.

Dice Throne

6:00 – 8:00

Facilitator: Jake Hart – facilitators are players experienced with the game that speed up the learning process and play.

Description: Dice Throne is a fast-paced, 2-6 player combat game that takes 20-40 minutes. Play 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, or free-for-all. Select from a variety of heroes that play & feel completely distinct from one another. Attack opponents and activate abilities by rolling your hero's unique set of 5 dice. Accumulate Combat Points and spend them on cards that have a large range of effects, such as granting permanent hero upgrades, applying status effects, and manipulating dice directly (yours, your teammate's, or even your opponent's). Play it casually relaxed or thoughtfully strategic. Defeat your opponent and take the throne!
