Titans of CNC offers a free Academy on CAD, CAM, and CNC manufacturing, with these challenges known as the "Titan Building-blocks". Given orthographic drawings, I had to CAD, CAM, and cut the first building block, called the Titan 1M, within certain high tolerance. I designed this part using Fusion 360, CAMmed it in Fusion, and cut it on our Tormach 770 Mill out of 6061 Aluminum. This part met all class requirements for tolerance and had no major issues during the design and manufacturing process. My CAD was also certified by Titans of CNC.
