Chaplains
Lutheran Campus Ministry-Edmonton has two Chaplains who serve the Edmonton Area.
Rev. Richard Reimer (he/him)
Campus Pastor, Rev. Richard Reimer has served at the U of A in Edmonton since 1991 and is familiar with student life and aware of issues on campus. He is available as a pastoral resource and support person to students, faculty and staff.
In addition to acting as advisor to the Lutheran Student Movement, he works as part of a team along with other members of the Interfaith Chaplains’ Association at the University of Alberta as well as with various university student services.

Dana Rayment (she/her)
Dana Rayment serves as Lutheran Volunteer Chaplain at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) as well as MacEwan University. She works in partnership with Counselling, NAITSA, and various other student services, and is coordinator of programming offered togehter wih colleauge so different denominations and faith.
Ms. Rayment (B.A.) completed two years of studies at Lutheran Theological Seminary, Saskatoon, and served a year of internship at Hope Lutheran, Edmonton. She has a degree in dance from MacEwan University, and is a playwright and producer of theatre. She is a certified Pilates Instructor, and has taught Pilates at NAIT.
