These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using Luster Picture (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
Article 1 (Application) By installing or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Intellectual Property Rights) All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer. The copyright of images created or corrected by the user using the App belongs to the user or the legitimate right holder.
Article 3 (Paid Services and Subscriptions) The App offers advanced features through a paid subscription.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds after payment is completed. For refund requests, please follow Apple's official procedures.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts) Users shall not analyze, decompile, or reverse engineer the App. Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of the developer or third parties are prohibited.
Article 5 (Disclaimer) The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. The developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App, including data loss or device failure.
Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the developer's place of residence.
