The grapes in this wine come exclusively from Herdade da Farizoa, near Elvas, a region renowned for its rich history and perfectionist cuisine. Carefully grown and harvested at optimum maturation, varieties 50% Aragonez, 40% Syrah, 10% Touriga Nacional were partly aged in oak barrels for 9 months. Thus was born this fruity, ripe, concentrated red wine. A sample of the Alentejano soul and plight. Enjoy with well seasoned meat dishes, pasta or cheeses.
