Colorful, lively and fearless, the jay (Garrukus glandarius) is a bird admired in Portugal since ancient times. Maybe that's why this Celtic rooted name "gaio" is used to name from north of the south, such as Mount Gaião, in Borba. Here was born this 40% Aragonez, 40% Trincadeira, 15% Syrah and 5% Alicante Bouchet red wine.. A full bodied, warm and fruit red wine, honoring the name it holds.
