I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology (CIGIT), CAS. (2022-present). I have received more than 10 years of scientific training during my education times. Before joining CIGIT, I was a Ph.D. candidate (2018.08-2021.08) and Postdoc (2021.08-2021.12) at the Department of Agricultural Engineering, South Dakota State University, under the supervision of Prof. Zhengrong (Jimmy) Gu. I would like to make friends from academic and/or industrial fields due to my research interests, such as I worked as visiting student at Southeast University with a major in Biomedical Engineering (China, 2015-2017). Thanks to the support from my advisor, I gained an opportunity to visit Northumbria University (U.K. 2019) with another major in Environmental Engineering. I also received an invitation from the University of Technology Sydney (Australia, 2021), but covid-19 started. Those exchange experiences also made my life fruitful and brought me more friends, and valuable thoughts. 

My research interests focus on the synthesis and development of advanced functional materials for electrochemical investigations, including but not limited to urea oxidation reaction, nitrate reduction reaction, oxygen reduction reaction, and electroanalysis. The above electrochemical applications are not for making paper, but rather to bring new opportunities for energy and environmental issues. As a research scientist, I am very honored to try something different and make a series of investigations to unlock those issues. ⭐Thanks to all my collaborators and sponsored funds.
