## Overview

Lunoire is a sleep sounds app. We respect your privacy and designed the app to collect as little data as possible.

## Data We Collect

**Purchase information**: When you make an in-app purchase to unlock PRO features, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.). Google Play provides us with a purchase receipt to verify that you have unlocked PRO features. This receipt is stored locally on your device.

**That's it.** We do not collect any other personal data.

## Data We Do NOT Collect

- No names, email addresses, or accounts

- No location data

- No usage analytics or tracking

- No advertising identifiers

- No crash reports sent to external servers

- No data shared with third parties

## Health-Related Data

Lunoire is a sleep aid app that generates ambient sounds to help users fall asleep. The App does **not** collect, measure, record, or store any health data, biometric data, sleep tracking data, or medical information. The App does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical condition. It provides ambient sound playback only.

## Local Storage

The app stores your preferences (selected sound, volume, EQ settings, timer settings, and purchase status) locally on your device using Android's standard storage. This data never leaves your device.

## Data Retention and Deletion

All app data is stored locally on your device. We do not retain any user data on external servers. Your data is retained on your device only for as long as the app is installed. There is no time-based expiration — data persists until you choose to delete it or uninstall the app.

You can delete all locally stored app data at any time:

- **Clear app data:** Open your device Settings > Apps > Lunoire > Storage > Clear Data. This resets the app to its default state and removes all stored preferences.

- **Uninstall the app:** Uninstalling Lunoire automatically removes all associated data from your device.

Purchase history is managed by Google Play and can be viewed at [play.google.com/store/account](https://play.google.com/store/account).

## Third-Party Services

The app uses **Google Play Billing** for in-app purchases. Google's privacy policy applies to the billing process: https://policies.google.com/privacy

No other third-party services, analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies are used.

## Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any personal data from children or adults. There is no data collection to be concerned about.

## Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
