Having used lunchbox on both grasshopper (a lot) and dynamo (a bit) I would say it definitely feels more naturally at home in Rhino and probably began there too, so it made sense to keep it there at the very least. I believe the discontinuation roughly coincided with the advent of Rhino Inside, if not Conveyor - both which can provide the utility of Gh/Lb to Revit fairly easily.

DynaStandard_public - This Dynamo extension was developed to create a Dynamo content library to help distribute this content to all, have easy access to graph(s) templates and any standard documentation related to dynamo.

hydra-dynamo - Hydra is a web platform that allows users to share example files from Dynamo directly to the Hydra Web Repo using GitHub. You can efficiently export your scripts to the Hydra repository using the Dynamo node for sharing and community interaction.

Anyone who knows how to export a reinforcement schedules to an XML file? I need to submit the schedules using a program called Q-Armering and it only reads XML files. I know dynamo can do this but I am not quite familiar with it. Is there a plug in or any other way to do it?

You then need to select this geometry in dynamo and then generate dynamo faces from the AutoCAD surface. The dynamo surfaces are then passed into the LunchBox Space Truss node. This creates all the line work and the faceting strategy for the top and bottom chords as well as the braces. Notice that you can also set the truss depth. I have chosen to utilise sliders for all these operations.

The next step is to add some information into the members. I have set the Z justification to centre and also set some type comments so I can filter specific systems within Revit. Of course you could also number the members using dynamo as well! e24fc04721
