To improve usability, quality, functionality, and effectiveness, we collect and analyze data related to your interactions with our Services. This includes debugging to identify and rectify errors and conducting internal research for technological advancement and demonstration.
2.4 Marketing and Advertising
We employ Tracking Technologies to deliver advertisements when you visit our Services. This includes both personalized and non-personalized ads, which are displayed during your current session with us. Your Personal Data will not be shared with third parties or used to create a profile about you.
2.5 Integrity and Security
We process certain information regarding you and your usage of our Services to maintain their integrity and security, prevent fraud, verify your identity, and enforce our policies.
2.6 Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement Assistance
Your Personal Data may be processed to fulfill our legal obligations under applicable laws.
2.7 Special Categories of Personal Data
Our processing of your Personal Data may involve special categories, such as your racial or ethnic origin. We may process and disclose this information to relevant authorities (like licensing or law enforcement agencies) when necessary for the following purposes, as allowed by law: (i) preventing or detecting unlawful acts, and (ii) preventing dishonesty, malpractice, or other serious misconduct, provided that obtaining your consent does not compromise these objectives.
3.How We Share Your Personal Data
Your Personal Data is never sold or rented to third parties. We only share your information when it is essential for delivering, maintaining, or enhancing our services, and always in compliance with applicable laws. The parties with whom we may share your data include:
3.1. Service Providers
We may disclose your Personal Data to trusted third-party service providers who support us in operating and enhancing our services. These may include partners for cloud storage, technical support, analytics, and fraud monitoring. All such providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and to use it solely for the purposes specified by us.
3.2. Payment Processors
To ensure secure and efficient processing of payments, we rely on established payment processing partners. These entities are granted access to your payment information and transaction details exclusively to complete your purchases and manage billing-related matters.
3.3. Third-Party Integrations
If you opt to connect your account with external platforms (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook), we may share limited information necessary to enable these integrations, such as your account identifier or authentication credentials. You retain control over these connections and can revoke access at any time through your account settings.
3.4. Legal and Safety Obligations
There may be circumstances where we are legally required to share your information, such as in response to valid governmental requests, court orders, or to comply with applicable laws. Additionally, we may share data when necessary to detect or prevent fraud, enforce our policies, or safeguard the rights and safety of our users and the public.
3.5. Business Transfers
If our company is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of the transaction. In such events, we will take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy or equivalent standards.
4.Data Security
We are committed to protecting your Personal Information through comprehensive security measures. Our safeguards include administrative, technical, and physical controls designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your data.
• Access Restrictions: Only authorized personnel are allowed to handle Personal Information, and they do so strictly for approved business purposes.

• Network Protection: We employ firewalls and other security technologies to help block unauthorized access to our systems.
• Regular Security Practices: Our team conducts periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and maintains incident response procedures to promptly address potential threats.
• Data Minimization: We collect and retain only the information necessary for the operation of our services, and regularly remove outdated or unnecessary data.
Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission or storage is entirely immune to risk. We encourage you to be mindful of the information you choose to share and to keep your account credentials confidential at all times.
5.International Data Transfers
Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries or regions outside of your place of residence, including locations where our service providers, partners, or affiliates operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your home country. Regardless of location, we implement appropriate safeguards—such as data transfer agreements with standard contractual clauses or other recognized mechanisms—to ensure your information remains protected and secure in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We may transfer your Personal Information internationally for purposes such as performing contracts, fulfilling legal obligations, or protecting our legitimate interests. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we only transfer your data to recipients who are located within the EEA or UK, are in countries recognized as providing adequate data protection, or have entered into legal agreements ensuring sufficient safeguards for your data. We remain committed to maintaining the security and privacy of your information wherever it is processed.
6.Retention of your Information
We will keep your personal information only for as long as it is needed to achieve the purposes outlined in this Policy or to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
If your account is active, your data will be stored for the duration of your use of our services, or as long as necessary to support your experience. For users who visit or use our services temporarily, we retain relevant information for a limited period following your last activity, as required by applicable laws.
In certain cases, we may need to hold onto specific data to comply with legal obligations, address disputes, or enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer necessary, we will either remove it securely or anonymize it. Additionally, backup copies may be kept for a short time to support system recovery and auditing, in line with our retention practices.
